Greenwood Park Mall

I was devastated when my car started malfunctioning, it was 2009 Honda fit. The car buckled every time I switched gears and my dealership said it would take over a week to see me. I decided to try Edward's and they got me in the very next day. I ended up asking them to run a computer diagnostic which cost $95. After it was determined that it was not a computer issue, I realized that I still had the drive train warranty from the dealership. I was mad at myself for wasting the $95 for the diagnostic, but when I got there, they told me that they were glad that the car was under warranty and didn't charge me the $95. I don't think that is very common in the auto repair industry and I have to say that I am very impressed and would recommend anybody else to go there.

They found problems the Dealer couldn't find, repaired my transmission for about $1k less than the Dealership and they do other mechanical work and worked with their schedule to get me in for a brake

EDWARD'S ON KEYSTONE DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AS MY BRAKES QUICKLY. THEY DID A COMPLETE CHECK OF THE SYSTEM AND DETERMINED WHAT WAS NEEDED, THE COST AND THE AMOUNT OF TIME TO DO IT. IT WAS FINISHED ON

Timely service, very satisfied and the warranty topped cake...polite and friendly as well!!! Curtis Ballard
